Description
Golden Textured Tulips is an original work created with acrylic and textured collage on canvas board (2026, Minusio, Switzerland). Maximum external dimensions, including white frame, are 23 × 32 cm.
In this rectangular format, acrylic paint interacts with strips of crumpled canvas, soaked in glue and modeled in relief, to create a fluid and dynamic movement on an aqua green background. Golden flowers and aqua green leaves capture the light, accompanied by a dense constellation of small painted dots, resembling rain, snow, or particles suspended in the air. The surface is never completely smooth: the folds and thickness of the hardened fabric make the painting tactile and vibrant, inviting the eye to follow the sinuous paths of the forms.
The acrylic emphasizes the reliefs with glazes and contrasts of light, alternating denser areas with more transparent ones, while the dialogue between the green of the background, the white of the material and the golden metal creates a fresh yet precious atmosphere, suspended between water, wind and light. The composition remains open to interpretation: tulips, roots, fabrics, organic forms that emerge and dissolve on the dotted background, as in an abstract interior landscape.
