Refund and Return Policy
The works for sale on My Swiss Store / G Art & Paintings are original works and unique pieces. For this reason, no right of return or refund is provided for a simple change of mind after purchase.
We invite customers to carefully read the description of the work, the dimensions, the technique, and to carefully view all available images before completing the order.
Damage or Errors in the Order
If the work arrives damaged during transport or if you receive an incorrect item, we ask you to contact us within 7 days of delivery by writing to contact@myswiss.store.
To allow us to properly assess the problem, we ask you to attach:
- photographs of the outer packaging;
- photographs of the work received;
- a brief description of the damage or error found.
After verification, we will evaluate the most appropriate solution on a case-by-case basis, which may consist of a refund, replacement if possible, or another solution agreed upon with the customer.
Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping costs are indicated on the product page and are non-refundable. In case of verified damage or error attributable to the seller, an appropriate solution will be proposed without penalizing the customer.
VAT / MWST / IVA
Under Swiss value-added tax regulations, we are not currently subject to VAT registration requirements. The prices indicated on the site are therefore final prices and do not include separately stated VAT.
