Description
Small Abstract Garden 6 is an original work created with watercolor, acrylic, and ink on canvas board (2026, Minusio, Switzerland). The maximum dimensions of the work, without mat or frame, are 25 × 25 cm.
In this small square format, marks and suggestions compose an inner garden, evoked rather than represented. Soft, transparent washes of color alternate with fuller areas where the acrylic introduces different thicknesses and intensities. Petals, leaves, and landscape fragments seem to emerge and dissolve, leaving the viewer free to find personal shapes, flowers, and paths.
The ink, subtle yet decisive, builds a graphic texture that dialogues with the watercolor glazes and acrylic brushstrokes. The layering of techniques creates a rich interplay of textures, alternating smoother surfaces with textured areas, giving depth to the small format.
A contemporary abstract garden, colorful and dynamic, designed as a visual accent capable of bringing a fragment of imaginary nature into any environment, alone or paired with other works in the series. Work sold without mat or frame.
