Description
“The Four Plane Trees of the Debarcadero – Reflections and Red Flowers” is a poetic tribute to one of the most recognizable spots on the Locarno lakeside. At the center of the composition, the four plane trees rise with an almost monumental presence, their dense foliage rendered with fine strokes that highlight their structure and character.
On the ground, the long reflections of the trees stretch toward the viewer like liquid shadows, creating a strong sense of depth and visual engagement. This dynamic dimension, created by the interplay between the verticality of the trunks and the horizontality of the shadows, makes the viewer part of the scene, as if walking along the same stretch of the lakeside.
