Description
Suspended Seasons — Bright Red is an original work created in watercolor and India ink on paper in 2026 in Minusio, Switzerland. The painting measures 29 × 29 cm and is presented with a wide white mat, protective glass, and a black wooden frame. The overall external dimensions of the framed work are 54 × 54 cm.
The forest lights up in an intense range of coral reds, vibrant pinks, oranges, and golden touches. From the sides of the composition, India ink branches and trunks reach upward, framing a luminous clearing; the bright center offers a point of breath within the chromatic density of the canopies.
The watercolor washes keep the color fluid and transparent, while the dark India ink marks introduce rhythm, direction, and depth. The small plant elements in the foreground add a delicate detail, almost a transition between the luminous strength of the foliage and the silence of the undergrowth.
Part of the Suspended Seasons series, this work captures the moment of maximum color intensity: an imaginary season in which the forest seems to hold onto heat and light before its transformation. It is an energetic yet harmonious work, designed to bring a warm, contemporary, and vital accent to any environment. Work sold with a black frame, white mat, and protective glass; ready to hang.
